Hello Athletes & Parents -
I am very excited for this lacrosse season. Training our athletes, building their confidence, enhancing their lacrosse IQ, focusing on footwork and agility; while recognizing injury prevention and safety, is our mission. One thing we do not have control of is the athlete’s food and water intake at home. So I feel it is my duty to educate and explain how fundamental nutrition is for our athletes, and how good nutrition can also enhance athletic performance.
Recently, I heard Dr. Paul Stricker, Pediatrician and Sports Medicine Specialist at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, speak.
